Taste MAKOSSA Supper Launch

The 29 January saw us into the new year with a kick. My mother recently became a food entrepreneur, launching her hot sauce Taste MAKOSSA in Bristol, to great success. In honour of her new venture, I threw her a supper at the Forge, where we invited key members of Bristol’s foodie industry to sample the sauce range through Cameroonian cooking. There were bubbles to welcome our guests, canapés to whet their appetite and plenty of wine to accompany the spice-filled dishes…
